Why Women Shouldn’t Sweat – A New Exercise Study

The next big fitness study has come along and caused women everywhere to throw their hands in the air and wave them like they just don’t know what to do. In case you hadn’t heard, an Institute of Medicine study recently concluded that women need more than the currently-recommended 150 minutes of exercise per week to stave off weight gain.
