Things are actually a lot simpler and easier to follow. Remove all whole and unprocessed organic foods or anything similar to it. Instead, go for high nutrient density foods, fruits, vegetables, foods high on fiber and low on sugar, and lastly, go more healthy fats and oils such as nuts and olive oil.
You shouldn’t depend too much on grains for your calories and also make sure you include some protein in your meals. When you’ve followed all the instructions closely, you won’t feel hungry as often. Learn what is best and you will get used to what you eat.
