There are foods that you need to avoid. While they may taste good, your health needs to be your priority at this point. So what will you avoid? Most important of all, you need to completely stay away from junk foods, deep fried meals, soda, foods with high sugar content, and everything else similar to it. Mike Geary also recommends steering clear from wheat- and soy-based food. These can actually cause major problems for you in the long run. Aside from that, everything else is okay for you.

The diets featured in Truth about Abs don’t have to be complicated at all. Some diet gurus just like complicating things to make themselves sound better. It’s actually a lot simpler and easier to follow. Just keep your attention on the following and you’ll be on your way to a healthier body:

•    Eat a whole lot of fruits and vegetables
•    Enjoy foods high on fiber and low on sugar
•    Take some healthy fats and oils such as nuts and olive oil

Stop depending too much on grains for your calories and make sure you get some protein in your meals. When you eat right, you won’t feel hungry as often. Learn what is best and you will get used to what you eat. In fact, you’ll soon see just how junk can feel uncomfortable in your body when you haven’t taken it in a long time. Look in the mirror and be proud of all your efforts.
