While scanning the fitness/health related press releases over at PR web this morning I found this:

Top Hydration Myths Exposed By Dr. Cheryle Hart, Bestselling Author, Physician and Medical Educator; You May Be Drinking, But Not Hydrating According to Mayo Clinic Trained Physician

Interesting post, it discusses how drinking water immediately after an intense workout can actually dehydrate you as opposed to hydrate you. The logic seems correct, though I’m by no means a doctor, but I’m just not sure that we mere mortals can really come up with a “Better” beverage then water.
