Polar Watches Such As the Heart Rate Monitor Watch Type is Usually the Monitor of Choice

A heart rate monitor watch is comprised of a transmitter, with a numerical display that shows heart rate in its basic form. Usually strapped to some part of the body it uses electrodes, infrared waves, or electrical signals as detection indicators. When a heart beat is registered it sends data to a nearby transmitter that’s converted to an electrical signal and relayed to a receiver for display. The liquid crystal display is used as the display device.
